Winter Small Tractor Care Handbook

In winter, tractor working conditions deteriorate and must be carefully maintained and used scientifically.
Maintenance and maintenance
In winter, maintenance and maintenance of small tractors is one of the important measures to prevent malfunctions. Thoroughly overhaul once, replace damaged parts, such as cylinder liners, pistons, etc.; adjust the items to be adjusted, such as valve clearance, injection pressure, etc.; thoroughly clean the cleaning, such as air, diesel, machine filtration In order to achieve a good standard of the technical state of the tractor, that is, no oil leakage, no water leakage, no air leakage; complete and complete parts, correct adjustment, good lubrication; engine output power, fuel consumption and speed meet the requirements; No abnormal noise; the engine is easy to start, the speed is sensitive, the speed is stable; the exhaust pipe exhaust is normal, there is no oil point, carbon particles; the water temperature, oil temperature and oil pressure are within the normal range during full load operation; clutch, shifting The mechanism of box, steering and braking is normal; all moving friction parts have no overheating; the electrical equipment works normally, does not leak electricity, does not hit iron; the auxiliary device and hydraulic system work reliably, and the operation is flexible and abnormal.
Winter tire pressure should be about five percent higher than summer, avoiding excessive rolling resistance during driving and increasing fuel consumption.
Use and maintenance of batteries
Should pay attention to the following four points: First, the high concentration of electrolyte should be used in winter, and should be replaced in time after winter; the second is to avoid continuous frequent start, especially pay attention to start the engine, no more than 5 seconds each time, between two starts should be separated More than half a minute, the number of starts can not exceed three times. If the engine is faulty, start after troubleshooting, and the battery should not be used up. Third, the battery should be removed, wiped clean, keep the outside clean and airflow unblocked, and placed in a ventilated and dry room, charging once every 15 days. It is strictly forbidden to place the battery for outdoor exposure or rain for a long time. Fourth, always check the height of the electrolyte liquid level and keep it within the specified range. As long as the electrolyte level is not lowered due to leakage, it is only necessary to add distilled water to adjust the height of the liquid surface, and the electrolyte cannot be added because only distilled water is evaporated.
